How we will stay compliant

S Growth Alliances LLP has been granted prior Environmental Clearance for the facility and is committed to meeting every condition of that clearance, the BMW Rules, 2016 and all applicable pollution-control laws before and during operation.

Our measures

Statutory Approvals

Environmental Clearance obtained from SEIAA, Tamil Nadu. Consent to Establish / Consent to Operate under the Air and Water Acts to be obtained from TNPCB before commencing operations.

Air Quality

Incinerators fitted with venturi scrubbers and a 30 m stack (chimney); continuous online emission monitoring connected to the TNPCB CARE AIR centre; ambient air quality monitoring around the site.

Water & ZLD

Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge — no discharge outside the boundary, no ground-water extraction, and treated water fully reused within the plant.

Greenbelt

A greenbelt covering at least a third of the site, with native trees planted in multiple rows around the entire periphery of the plant.

Safety & Emergency

Fire-fighting provisions, a Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment based emergency plan, and a Disaster Management Plan drawn up in consultation with the authorities.

Monitoring & Reporting

An Environmental Cell reporting to senior management, six-monthly EC compliance reports, annual environmental statement (Form-V) and BMW annual report (Form-IV), plus independent environmental audits.

EC conditions

Key Environmental Clearance conditions we will fulfil

  • Strict adherence to the BMW Rules, 2016 and the Revised CBWTF Guidelines, 2016
  • Zero Liquid Discharge — no treated or untreated water discharged from the premises at any time
  • Only GPS-tracked collection vehicles
  • Daily collection from every member HCF, with manual log books at both ends
  • Greenbelt over at least 33% of the plot, with three rows of trees around the periphery
  • Continuous online stack and effluent monitoring connected to CPCB/TNPCB servers
  • Completion of all Environmental Management Plan works before obtaining CTO
  • Regular training for member HCF staff and safety measures for facility workers
  • Six-monthly compliance reports and monitored data uploaded to our website and PARIVESH
  • Corporate Environment Responsibility activities completed within a year of clearance
